Barbara has 23 years of leadership experience

direct marketing. She led a $100 million printing plant for R.R. Donnelley
in Torrance, CA. She has worked with employees at all levels of

Jill Friedman Fixler
Jill has been a manager in non-profit agencies
and an organizational consultant for over 25 years. She has worked
in
healthcare, governmental entities, community centers, animal welfare,
religious and cultural organizations. She specializes in leadership
training and technical assistance in the non-profit sector. She has
been a key-note speaker and workshop presenter for a variety of
organizations.

Doug is a management consultant, educator and

Jane Hascall
Jane has more than 35 years of experience as
an external consultant and a corporate executive in the areas of
human
resources, organization development, training, financial services and
customer service. She worked for 10 years at KN Energy [now Kinder
Morgan],
an $11.5 billion natural gas pipeline and distribution company. She
directed the staffing, training and organization development functions
and was then promoted to the Director of Corporate Human Resources.

Ken Kesslin
Ken specializes in leadership development, executive
coaching and group facilitation. His decade of work in Investment
Banking
and Sales, combined with his 14 years of work as a psychotherapist

corporations. Ken is an adjunct professor of Organizational Leadership

Leslie Swid
Leslie has provided marketing services and management
